Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi is all set to step into the shoes of a producer. The 37-year-old actor recently revealed the first look of his maiden home production 'Captain Nawab' out, which has been directed by Tony D’Souza. The actor shared the first look on Twitter and captioned it, “And here it is, my first home production movie!!” The poster sees Emraan in the army uniforms of Indian and Pakistan on either side, with the flags of both the countries in the background. The tagline 'Two countries. One Soldier' gives a clear idea about the plot of the film. This is Emraan’s second outing with director Tony D’Souza. The two had earlier teamed up for Emraan’s last release Azhar, which was the biopic based on the life of Mohammad Azharuddin. Captain Nawab will be yet another collaboration between the actor and the director. Tony is an American journalist and has published three novels so far including Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. The film, to be presented by his banner Emraan Hashmi Films and Oddball Motion Pictures, is to be directed by his ‘Azhar’ director Tony D’Souza. The film is gearing up for release in 2017.
