Telugu movie Manamantha directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti also releasing its Malayalam version ‘Vismayam’ and Tamil version ‘Namadhu’ simultaneously on August 5. The movie stars Mohanlal, Gauthami, Viswant Duddumpudi, and Raina Rao in lead roles. The trailer released on July 22nd has impressed the audience and the trailer has Mohanlal playing Sairam, an Assistant Manager in the Supermarket; Gauthami playing Gayatri, a typical housewife; young actor Viswant is Abhiram, a college student and newbie Raina Rao plays Mahitha, a school going girl. Manamantha story follows their journey. “Manamantha narrate the lives of middle-class people, their apprehensions and vulnerabilities. It’s a human drama with simple emotions and subtle sensibilities. It is told from point of view of four people of different age groups- childhood, youth and adulthood. Every person can relate to these characters and so this film has a universal appeal,” Yeleti said.
The movie is produced by Sai Korapati. Cinematography by Rahul Shrivatsav and music scored by Mahesh Shankar.
