Director Ranjith Shankar and Jayasurya’s upcoming movie Pretham releasing on August 12th. This is the duos third flick after ‘Punyalan Agarbathis’ and ‘Su Su Sudhi Valkmeekam’. The movie, touted to be a horror-comedy film. The movie also stars Aju Varghese, Govind Padmasoorya, Sharafudheen, Sruthi Ramachandran, and Pearle Maaney in other important roles. The film is co-produced by Ranjith and Jayasurya under their home banner of Dreams N Beyond. The story revolves around three classmates who plan to reunites after 12 years. In this flick Jayasurya plays a mysterious mentalist named Don Bosco, who can read the minds of people. Sharafudheen plays a troller named Priyalal, while Aju and GP will be seen as Benny Kokkan and Shibu Majeed, respectively. Pretham is scheduled to release with the actor’s action thriller ‘inspector Davood Ibrahim’, directed by debutant Sajid Yahiya. In this film, he will be playing a real mass police character which is very different from his other police characters which he played till now in his career.
