Mohanlal's Puli Murugan, has finally got a release date. Director Vysakh confirmed that Puli Murugan will hit the theatres on October 7th. The makers wanted the post-production works to be done with complete perfection. Now, the post-production activities are finished and Puli Murugan is all set to hit the theatres in its complete glory.
The actor's first release of this year will be the Telugu movie Manamantha, which will also be released in Malayalam as Vismayam. Mohanlal's first Malayalam release of the year will be Oppam, the investigative thriller directed by his best buddy Priyadarshan. Interestingly, the actor is playing a visually-challenged man in the movie. Puli Murugan, which is the most expensive movie ever made in Malayalam industry, was completed with a shooting schedule spanning one year. The movie is produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam for Mulakupadam Films. The movie is basically an action packed movie in which Kamalini Mukherjee plays the female lead role, Jagapati Babu is also playing a pivotal role in this movie.
