Finally, after a wait of more than 9 months Mohanlal's next release Vismayam, directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti is all set to hit the theatres on August 5, 2016.
Mohanlal himself revealed the releasing date of the movie through his Facebook page. In fact, Vismayam is the Malayalam version of the Telugu film Manamantha. Manamantha is the first Telugu movie of Mohanlal in which the actor would be seen in a full-fledged role. In fact, Manamantha, Vismayam and the Tamil version of the film, which has been titled as Namadhu, would be releasing on the same day. Mohanlal has dubbed for himself in all the three versions of the film. Vismayam also marks the comeback of actress Gautami to Telugu/Malayalam films.
Vismayam revolves around four main characters and incidents happening in their life. From the trailer of the film, the plot looks interesting and expectations on the film have raised. In the film, Mohanlal would be seen in the role of an assistant manager of a supermarket store. The film directed by renowned film-maker Chandrasekhar Yeleti also features actors like Urvasi, P Balachandran, and Joy Mathew etc. in prominent roles.
