Diwali is one of the biggest festive seasons in India. It is time when big-ticket movie release. This time also Kollywood has big two releases, Karthi starring ‘Kaithi’ and Vijay starring ‘Bigil’.
Both are big stars with a huge fanbase and are all set to entertain us this week. Both the movies will be releasing on the same day, October 25th. Thalapathy Vijay’s Bigil also stars Lady Superstar Nayanthara as the female lead. The movie directed by Atlee is bankrolled by AGS Entertainment. The movie is a sports drama made of a budget of around 180 crores which includes all elements to entertain the audience. From the trailer released by the makers, it seems the movie will be a treat for all Vijay fans. It’s reported that in the movie the actor will be seen in a triple role, Rayappan, Michael and Bigil. The movie will have a simultaneous release in Telugu as well and is titled ‘Whistle’. The movie is having a lot of expectations among the fans, as the movie marks the third collaboration of Actor Vijay and Director Atlee after the blockbuster hits, ‘Theri’ and ‘Mersal’.
On the other hand, Karthi starring ‘Kaithi’ is one of the most anticipated movies of the actor. The movie is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The movie is an action entertainer in which the actor will appear as a prisoner. The movie also stars Narain, George Maryan, Ramana, Dheena, Vatsan Chakravarthy, Yogi Babu, Mahanadi Shankar, Ponvannan and Krishnamoorthy in pivotal roles. From the trailer released by the makers, the movie is expected to be an edge of the seat entertainer. The Telugu version 'Kaidhi' will also hit the screens on the same date.
As it is Vijay and Karthi are to battle it out at the box office during this Diwali. We hope both movies do well at the box-office. Eagerly waiting for the release of both movies.
