Malayalam movie ‘Sudani from Nigeria’ directed by Zakariya got released last year. The movie was both critically and commercially acclaimed. The movie also gained may awards including Kerala State Awards last year. Now, Director Zakariya is coming up with a new project.
The new movie is titled ‘Halal Love Story’ and the movie stars Joju George, Indrajith Sukumaran, Sharafudheen and Grace Antony in the lead roles. The script of the movie is jointly penned by Zakariya and Muhsin Parari. The technical side includes Ajay Menon handling the camera, editing by Saiju Sreedharan and the music is composed by Bijibal and Shahabaz Aman.
The project is jointly produced by Aashiq Abu, Jesna Ashim and Harshad Ali. The shooting of the movie is expected to commence soon. More details regarding the genre and cast are expected to be announced soon. Stay tuned.
