Director Lijo Jose Pellissery’s most anticipated movie ‘Jallikattu’ will be hitting the theatres tomorrow (October 4th). The movie stars Angamali Diaries fame ‘Antony Varghese Pepe’ in the lead role.
The teaser and trailer of the movie have already generated huge buzz among the moviegoers. The movie also got worldwide acclaim as the movie got premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and also at the BFI London Film Festival and Busan. The movie explores the man vs beast narrative. The story of the film is based on a short story called Maoist, which was penned by S Hareesh, who has also co-written the film with R Jayakumar.
The movie also stars Chemban Vinod Jose, Sabumon Abdusamad and Santhy Balachandran in pivotal roles. The film is bankrolled by Thomas Panicker. The camera is handled by Girish Gangadharan and Deepu Joseph has edited the film. Anyway, we are eagerly awaiting the release of the movie as everyone.
