Actor Dulquer Salmaan was last seen in Malayalam movie ‘Oru Yamandan Premakadha’. The actor is currently busy with his Tamil movie ‘Vaan’ and is awaiting the release of his Tamil movie Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal and Bollywood movie The Zoya Factor. The much-talked project of the actor ‘Kurup’ has started rolling. Now we have a new update regarding this project.
Sunny Wayne and Shine Tom Chacko will be playing a prominent role in the movie. The movie ‘Kurup’ will be directed by Srinath Rajendran. Interestingly, Sunny Wayne had acted in Srinath’s previous two films – ‘Second Show’ and ‘Koothara’. The script of the movie is jointly written by KS Aravind and Daniel Sayooj Nair. The movie is based on the life of Kerala’s most wanted criminal Sukumara Kurup. The project was announced two years ago, and the script was completed by the team after doing research for over five years.
In meanwhile, the makers are conducting an audition for the film on August 21st at Jobys Mall, Palakkad. The camera of the project is handled by Nimish Ravi and Sushin Shyam will be composing the music. The project is currently in the pre-production stage and the makers are planning to start the project by mid-October. The expectations are high for the project. We expect new updates soon. Stay tuned.
