Malayalam director Lijo Jose Pellissery always tries to experiment with different genres in each movie. The director is currently awaiting the release of his new movie ‘Jallikkattu’ starring Antony Varghese Pepe in the lead. Now, we have a new update regarding the director’s new project.
As per reports, Director Lijo Pellissery has started working on a new project. Though no further details have been disclosed, the reports suggest that Actor Arjun Ashokan will be playing the lead role in the movie. Arjun Ashokan is a promising young actor in Mollywood. The actor has already made the mark in the industry through his performance in films like ‘Parava’, ‘B Tech’, ‘Varathan’, ‘June’ and ‘Unda’.
Arjun Ashokan is also part of big projects like ‘Thuramukham’ alongside Nivin Pauly and ‘Trance’ with Fahad Faasil. In meanwhile, Lijo Pellissery’s new film ‘Jallikattu’ will have a world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, which will be held from September 5-15.
