Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi was last seen in the Malayalam movie ‘Marconi Mathai’ alongside Actor Jayaram. The actor is currently busy with half a dozen movies. Now the actor has signed a new project.
Actor Vijay Sethupathi has signed a new film with debutant director Delhi Prasad Deenadayal. The movie is titled as ‘Tughlaq Darbar’ and the movie was launched last day with a customary pooja function held at Chennai. The movie stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Manjima Mohan as female leads. The movie is expected to be a political satire and the reports suggest that Vijay Sethupathi will be appearing as a politician in the movie.
Veteran Actor Parthiben will also be seen in a prominent role in the movie. Balaji Tharaneetharan has penned the dialogues for the movie, Prem Kumar will be handling the camera and Govind Vasantha will be composing the music of the movie. The movie is jointly produced by 7 Screen Studio and Viacom18. The shooting of the movie will start once Vijay Sethupathi completes his prior commitments. The makers are planning to release the movie on 2020 summer.
