“Kanchana 3” starring Raghava Lawrence got released on 19th April. The film has got a good response from the audience and is running successfully at the box-office. Now, Kanchana, the second installment from the series is all set to be remade in Hindi.
As we earlier reported Actor Akshay Kumar will play the lead role in the Hindi remake. Raghava Lawrence will also be part of this project. Writer-director Farhad Samji has made necessary changes to the script which suits the Hindi audience. Kanchana movie revolved around the transgender ghost, which also starred Taapse Paanu, Sarath Kumar and Nithya Menon in pivotal roles.
It would be interesting to see who will be playing the transgender character in Hindi. Actress Kiara Advani will play the female lead in the movie. Anyway, regarding the transgender character, many top actors name are doing the rounds. We can expect the announcement from the makers soon.
