Director Aashiq Abu’s movie “Virus” based on the Nipah outbreak in Kerala and the shooting had started recently. The shooting of the movie is currently progressing in Kozhikode. Now the makers have released a new poster of the movie and have announced the details about the cast and crew of the movie.
“Virus” will be having a huge star cast. The movie stars, Tovino Thomas, Asif Ali, Kunchacko Boban, Indrajith Sukumaran, Soubin Shahir, Dileesh Pothan, Rahman, Indrans, Parvathy, Rima Kallingal, Poornima Indrajith, Remya Nambeesan, Madonna Sebastian, Sreenath Bhasi, Revathy, Joju George, Senthil Krishna and Sharafudheen. Reports also suggest that Actor Fahadh Faasil will also play a pivotal role in the movie. Surely, it would be the biggest star-studded movie in Malayalam in recent times. The script of the movie is handled by Muhsin Parari and Suhas-Sharfu.
The technical team of the movie comprises of cameraman Rajeev Ravi, musician Sushin Shyam, and editing by Saiju Sreedharan. Aashiq Abu and Rima Kallingal are jointly bankrolling the project under the banner OPM. As per certain reports, the makers are planning to release on Vishu 2019. Expecting an announcement soon.
