Megastar Mammootty’s critically acclaimed movie “Peranbu” will be hitting the theatres on February 1st this Friday. The special screening of the movie was held last day at PVR Audi 1, Kochi for celebrities and critics. Now, in a recent interview P.L Thenappan, the producer of the movie has revealed an interesting thing about Actor Mammootty.
The producer in a recent interview disclosed that Mammootty has not taken his remuneration yet for the movie. Megastar replied back saying that, not all movies can be done for money. Actor Mammootty had previously also done films by reducing his remuneration and also sometimes acting for free. Actor, previously stated that to be part of a good project we need to make certain sacrifices.
“Peranbu” which stars Mammootty and ‘Thanga Meengal’ fame Sadhana in the lead roles. The movie also stars Anjali, Samuthirakani, Anjali Ameer in pivotal roles. The movie explores the relationship between a father and his mentally challenged daughter. The movie will surely be one of the finest performance of Actor Mammootty in recent times.
