Priya Varrier’s debut movie “Oru Adaar Love” has been in the limelight since the movie’s promotion video became viral. Priya Varrier became an overnight sensation after the release of the video. Now the film has landed up in some tussle.
The movie’s producer Mr. Ouseppachan Valakuzhi come up with serious allegations against Omar Lulu, the director of the movie. Ouseppachan has raised a complaint at Kerala Film Producers Association regarding Director Omar Lulu not completing the project within the stipulated time limit and thereby producer incurring a huge financial loss.
According to the sources from the producer, Director Omar Lulu has already received 30 lakhs from the producer and hasn’t completed the movie within the specified time.
In the meantime, Director Omar has rubbished all allegations and said that there was some difference of opinion with the producer and the issue is being exaggerated. As per the sources from Omar Lulu, the difference are regarding the storyline and profit sharing of the movie. Another reason said for the tussle is that the producer was adamant in changing the script to give more significance to Priya Varrier’s character. As she had become the heartthrob of everyone after the release of the promotion video.
However, Director Omar was no ready for any such changes. Anyway, he said, he is hopeful of solving the issue with producer soon and will release the movie at an appropriate time.
