Sanjay Dutt will be watching the movie “Sanju” in a private screening before it hits the screen on Friday (29 June 2018). It was Ranbir Kapoor, who convinced Sanjay Dutt to watch “Sanju” at a special screening.
Initially, Sanjay Dutt told that he will be watching the film made on his life in theatres after it releases on Friday. Now the special screening will be held at Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s office today. A special screening will be attended by Sanjay, his wife Maanyata and sisters Namrata and Priya. Invites have been sent to Ranbir's parents too.
In meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt is super excited that his real life is going to unfold on the big screen. He told to reporters that,” It will be a surreal feeling to watch my life unfold on the big screen. I am excited for Raju (director Rajkumar Hirani) and his team. I know the hard work they have put into making this film."
Sanjay Dutt was very happy that Ranbir is portraying him on the screen. He also told, “Ranbir is doing a fantastic job. Whatever I have seen on the sets of the movie, it is really great."
The movie “Sanju” shows the life of Sanjay Dutt from his initial days in Bollywood to the present day. All controversial issues like his battle with drug addiction, the conviction in arms acts and personal life is also shown in the movie. Sanju releases on June 29
