Popular mimicry artist turned actor Abi passed away on November 30 at Kochi. It is reported that the actor was undergoing treatment with blood platelets count coming down. Abi rose to fame with this stage performances and his portrayal of Aamina Thaatha earned well attention from audiences. He debuted Mollywood with the film ‘Nayam Vyakthamakkunu’ in 1991. He dub for actor Amitabh Bachchan’s voice in Malayalam advertisements. Abi has acted more than 50 films. Young actor Shane Nigam is the son of Abi. Shane made his debut with the film ‘Kismath’ and has soon managed to become one of the promising young actors in Mollywood.
