The much awaited sequel of Jayasurya’s ‘Aadu’ directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas has started rolling at Thodupuzha on September 13. The pooja was held at Kochi on September 12. Director Midhun and producer Vijay Babu and his family attended the function. The movie will explore another episode of Shajipappan and his team’s life. "There will be a lot of action sequences as Shaji Pappan will be cured of his backache in the sequel and is all set for stunts and fights!," Midhun said. The film features an ensemble cast including the stars of its prequel. Music for the film is composed by Shaan Rahman. Aadu 2 will hit screens on 2017 Christmas.
