After Piku, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan will be next seen together in a crime thriller directed by Honey Trehan. The story of the film is based on Journalist S Hussain Zaidi’s novel titled ‘Mafia Queens of Mumbai’. Deepika will be essaying the role of gangster Rahima Khan. The story of Rahima Khan, popularly known as Sapna Didi is about how she plots to kill underworld don Dawood Ibrahim who is responsible for her husband's death. The movie is slated to release on October 2, 2018. Meanwhile Deepika is busy with shooting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s periodic drama ‘Padmavati’. While Irrfan is busy with ‘Doob: No Bed of Roses’ directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki.
