Trivikram's A..Aa might have opened to mostly positive reviews. Yet rumour mill is abuzz that the movie is copy of Krishna and Vijay Nirmala's Meena. Many scenes of A..Aa have striking resemblance to 1973's classic Meena which was directorial debut of actress-director Vijaya Nirmala.
Although the ace writer-director seems to have tweaked story of Meena a bit, and it's conspicuous that he got heavily inspired from the old film. Also, it's visible that several scenes and backstories were lifted from Krishna-Vijaya Nirmala starrer. Yet Trivikram have adapted it well as per the taste of latest generation and imbibed his witty dialogues, one-liners thus made his own mark. This is not all. Many are even finding similarities with the director's previous family drama Attarintiki Daredi.
Keeping these aside, the movie received good reviews which is a good sign and it's expected to fare well in A & B Centres and in overseas. Let's see.
