Young actor Nara Rohit has been busy wrapping up back to back films in his career and he is gearing up with his next movie titled Raja Cheyyi Vesthe. The movie is said to be an action thriller and Pradeep Chilukuri is making his debut as director. The movie completed all the censor formalities and it has been awarded U/A certificate and the run time of the movie is 150 minutes. The theatrical trailer has been stylish and raised the curiosity on the movie. Nara Rohit pinned huge hopes on the movie and he revealed that Raja Cheyyi Vesthe is sure a box-office winner.

Nara Rohit has done sensible films in his career and though he could not score success with his recent outings, the expectations are huge on his latest movie Raja Cheyyi Vesthe. Sai Korrapati who has been named out to be a producer with guts and taste produced the movie. Sai Kartheek’s music is already a massive hit and the theatrical trailer promises from thrilling action episodes in Raja Cheyyi Vesthe. Hence the movie is one of the awaited films releasing during summer.

Raja Cheyyi Vesthe is the story of Raja Ram (Nara Rohit) who aspires of becoming a director in films. He prepares a script which is of action genre and he narrates it to his girlfriend Chaitra (Isha Talwar) in a coffee shop during which a person listens to the story. It is this time Raja Ram gets a call from a man named Manik (Taraka Rathna) who has resembles for the negative lead character in his story. The rest of the movie is how Raja Ram saves himself and his girlfriend from Manik and his team forms the rest of the story.

The first half of Raja Cheyyi Vesthe starts interesting but the pace comes down as the plot has been revealed out. However the entertainment and the interesting episodes make the film alive. The songs have been decent to listen but they have not been shot well. The pre interval episodes have been shot well and the cinematography work makes the movie interesting. On the whole the complete first half of Raja Cheyyi Vesthe has been decent. The second half of Raja Cheyyi Vesthe dips down completely right from the first frame. The complete movie has been a misfire and the screenplay of the movie is the major reason for the film’s downfall. The songs have been the barriers and Nara Rohit looks bulky throughout the movie. The climax has been decent which alone could not save the film. On the whole the complete second half of Raja Cheyyi Vesthe is the reason for the film’s downfall.

Nara Rohit comes out with one more interesting concept and he has done a decent job with his performance. However Rohit needs to cut huge weight to impress the audience in the coming days as he has been quite bulky. Taraka Rathna is the major savior of the film and he has been outstanding as Manik in the movie. Isha Talwar fails to impress the audience with her performance and she needs to improve a lot. All the other actors have been decent and impressive. The story of Raja Cheyyi Vesthe is sure an impressive one which has unique plot. But the screenplay and the direction makes the film fall flat. The dialogues have been decent and ok. The music has been good but the songs have been shot badly. The cinematography is the major highlight of the movie and the production values have been grand. Pradeep’s directorial venture will sure end up as a huge disappointment.
