REVIEW
Director Mithran Jawar known for successfully remaking other language films in Tamil is back after a gap.
For a newcomer Walter has given a neat performance. For Isha, it is just a repetitive act as she has done the lead lady in the original. She looks pretty and impressive. Nassar plays an arrogant old man who cages his niece (Isha Talwar) for falling for a Hindu man. His character had the strength to make or break the film.
While the first half moves along with a decent pace, the latter half gets a tad too slow.
The songs too seem to be missing that special something that drove hordes of people to the theatre for Thattathin Marayathu. Cinematography by Vishnu Sharma is good.
Overall, Meendum oru kadhal kadai is a good romantic fare is watchable once.
