Madhuraraja is Mammootty’s 1st film to release in 2019. As per the reports received from the theatres the movie is getting a positive response. The film is quoted to be a mass entertainer coated in humor from director Vysakh. Peter Hein, is the action choreographer for the movie and the team is joining hands after Pulimurugan.

Mammooty’s comic style of delivering Manglish dialogue, as in Rajamanikyam have reached well among the audience with huge applause. Salim Kumar as Ezhuthachan, Tamil actor Jai’s role as Chinnaraja, have all played their parts well.  The film is about Chinnaraja sending Madhuraraja to solve certain issues associated with a village when the former finds the situation too complex for him to resolve. 

The movie is loaded with heavy mass scenes of Mammootty with an equal blend of family sentiments and comedy. Anusree’s role as Vasanthi has a prominent role in the first half. Sunny Leone’s appears in an item dance number which appears at the beginning of second half.  The fight scene doesn’t seem to have convinced that mass that the audience expected it to have,  but on the whole, there are certain elements in the movie that makes it a one-time watchable. Surely, the movie will be treat for Mammukka fans.
